Billing questions

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Card subscriptions can be cancelled from your account page in one click. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

What happens when my plan ends?

Your account moves back to the free plan. Your workspaces, agents, contacts and call history are kept; above the free limits you can't add agents or numbers, and outbound calls stop until you upgrade again.

What happens when the included minutes run out?

Calls keep working: further minutes are paid from the workspace's call credits at the price per minute shown in the dashboard. Credits are bought in packs and the balance is shown before every campaign.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The available methods are shown at checkout. Depending on your country these include cards, PayPal, UPI and bank transfer.
